Overview

Inbound Sales Agent - Remote. Wyndham Destinations is seeking an Inbound Sales Agent (Remote) in or near Orlando, FL; open to applicants in the United States with a Bachelor Degree. This is a call center role within Travel + Leisure Co. and related brands, with remote work options from home or a dedicated vacation center.

Responsibilities

We Put the World on Vacation. As an Inbound (Call Transfer) Sales Specialist, you will connect with customers who are being transferred or connected to you and who want to learn about Wyndham timeshare products. You will blend strong communication skills with marketing know-how to sell deeply discounted vacation packages over the phone. These packages showcase our resorts and provide customers with a sense of ownership experience. You will have the opportunity to work from home or from our state-of-the-art vacation center, with the aim of earning commissions while helping customers create memories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive inbound calls transferred from various sources to promote company products.
  • Sell approved vacation packages across 15+ locations (including Hawaii, California, Florida, and more) over the phone.
  • Explain details and sales terms of vacation offers.
  • Determine guest eligibility to qualify for and purchase timeshare offers.
  • Answer customer questions accurately and effectively.
  • Provide outstanding service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Sales-minded professionalism.
  • Hospitality, sales, call center, or marketing experience.
  • Ability to overcome challenges and objections.
  • Ability to work in a goal- and performance-based environment.
  • Hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–11:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am–8:00pm.

Note on scheduling

New inbound sales/call transfer incentive plan includes weekly hourly pay and paid training.

Pay + Commission & Monthly Bonuses. Yearly Earning Potential: $57,200 - $100,000+.
