Job summary

Cafe Rio is seeking inbound Customer Service Representatives for our Call Center, with both part-time and full-time opportunities. Training is in-office with a hybrid In Office/Remote option after training. You will handle orders, provide information, and resolve issues by phone and email.

We value self-motivation, reliability, and strong communication, with Salesforce and MS Office experience a plus. E-Verify is used to confirm eligibility.

Cafe Rio is hiring part-time and full-time Inbound Customer Service Representativesat our Call Center! We are looking for self-motivated, energetic and friendly people to join our team!

In Office position during training with the option of a Hybrid In Office/Remote position after training is completed successfully.

As a member of our elite team, you must be customer service oriented and have excellent time management and communication skills. You will interact withcustomersby phone & email providing great customer service while taking orders, providing information regarding Cafe Rio’s services and resolvingcustomer service issues.
