Job summary

Kelli’s is seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Receiver to join our warehouse team. You will verify, document, and receive inbound freight, ensuring products meet quality standards before entering inventory.

The role requires handling labeling, data entry into the WMS, and safe forklift operation, with a focus on accuracy and organization. First shift 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience in receiving or inventory control.
• Forklift certification or ability to safely operate equipment.
• Detail-oriented; able to identify shipment discrepancies and input data accurately.
• Stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• RF scanners and WMS experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and match counts to packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Inspect freight for damage, shortages, or errors and document discrepancies.
• Print and apply labels with correct quantities, descriptions, and UOM.
• Enter received inventory into the WMS, noting expiration dates if applicable.
• Ensure product is properly priced, assembled (if necessary), and ready for storage or picking.
• Operate forklifts safely to move and stage pallets; assist outbound freight loading as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during the shift.
• Perform end-of-shift housekeeping and equipment parking protocols.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Inbound Receiver to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to our inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency. The Inbound Receiver is responsible for verifying, documenting, and receiving inbound freight, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before they enter inventory. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive to detail, able to catch vendor errors, and committed to maintaining clean, organized workspaces.

1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F, with occassional weekends/holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Forklift certification or demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment such as stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• Strong attention to detail – must be able to identify shipment discrepancies and input accurate data.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
