Job summary

Core-Mark in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area is seeking an Inbound Receiver to ensure accurate receipt and staging of products for warehouse operations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and safe handling, with a 5:00am start on Monday–Friday and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

You will count cases, verify against receiving documents, inspect for damage, and support inventory control while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to food safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Warehouse receiving experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and safely handle product using material handling equipment.
• Break down inbound pallets and separate product by SKU, order, or location.
• Accurately count all cases and verify quantities against receiving documentation.
• Inspect products for visible damage and report discrepancies promptly.
• Verify product dates and ensure inventory meets freshness standards.
• Re-stack and organize product onto pallets according to warehouse requirements.
• Apply labels and identify products for inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all safety, QA, and company policies.
