Kelli’s Gifts in Coppell, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Receiver for 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm, M-F with occasional weekends/holidays). You will verify inbound freight, match counts to packing slips, and ensure products meet quality standards before entering inventory.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, inspecting for damage, printing labels, entering data into the WMS, and keeping a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience, preferably in receiving or inventory control.

• Perform end-of-shift housekeeping and equipment parking protocols.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Inbound Receiver - 1st Shift to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to our inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency. The Inbound Receiver is responsible for verifying, documenting, and receiving inbound freight, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before they enter inventory. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive to detail, able to catch vendor errors, and committed to maintaining clean, organized workspaces.

Schedule: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F, with occasional weekends/holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in receiving or inventory control.
• Forklift certification or demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment such as stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• Strong attention to detail – must be able to identify shipment discrepancies and input accurate data.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
