Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Quality Technician I to inspect inbound products and packaging, review COAs, and release items in SAP. The role requires adherence to GMPs and safety regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with multiple departments.

The position also involves sampling materials, performing weekly material inspections, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• QA experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming product and trailers.
• Review COAs and specifications to release product in SAP.
• Pull samples of materials from inbound or as requested by other departments.
• Conduct weekly inspections of materials.
• Respond to emails and maintain documentation.
• Print, scan and save COAs.
• Follow GMPs and safety regulations.
• Comply with company policies and reporting structure.
• Report food safety or quality issues to appropriate authority.
