Responsibilities

• Audit the quality of incoming loads to ensure compliance with standards.
• Observe load quality on arrival and document deviations.
• Photograph compliance violations from multiple angles.
• Identify root causes via tablet procedures and document findings.
• Validate information before reporting violations to leadership.
• Enter data into multiple software systems accurately.
• Log and report observations to the manager in a timely manner.
• Work across multi-temperature environments and communicate conditions on the dock.
