Capstone is seeking an Inbound Quality Auditor in Iowa City, IA for the 3rd shift (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM). You will audit the quality of incoming loads, ensuring compliance with standards and identifying deviations to protect service levels.

Responsibilities include observing loads on arrival, photographing violations, documenting root causes via tablet procedures, validating information, and using multiple software programs for data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and warehouse procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• High energy and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
