Job summary

Sysco is seeking a warehouse associate to efficiently receive, store, and rotate inbound produce at our Colorado facility. You will operate stand‑up forklifts and pallet jacks, ensure FIFO, manage stock in selection slots, and maintain clean, safe work areas while reporting to supervision.

This role emphasizes accuracy in counting received goods and proper pallet handling. Prior experience in a warehouse, basic produce knowledge, and good English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience required.
• Experience with FIFO, replenishment and returns functions preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and puts away all inbound produce.
• Ensures proper rotation (FIFO) and keeps pallets clear.
• Operates powered industrial equipment safely.
• Ensures stock in selection slots; remove empty pallets as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Accounts for received product.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
