Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Inbound Order Quality Specialist (Keeper of the Stockpile) to act as a liaison between Fulfillment Center Receiving, Putaway, Kitting and Inventory. You will monitor inbound WIP, resolve receipt discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of purchase orders and receipts.

A typical day includes resolving discrepancies, expediting PO processing, logging trends for leadership, and collaborating across teams to maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work Monday – Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime as needed.
• Ability to move around for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve receipt discrepancies and ensure positive customer experience.
• Log quality issues and communicate trends to leadership.
• Expedite purchase order processing and resolve aged receipts.
• Monitor inbound WIP for discrepancies and assist with deliveries to locate PO/Pack slip/Part ID.
• Check and scan pack lists to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Work with Inventory and OSD to resolve receipt issues impacting accuracy.
• Update receipt notes and set flags to drive correct routing for future receipts.

The salary range for this role is $43 , 993.80 – $ 53,770.20 annually ($2 1 . 1 5 – 25. 85 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. The Job at a Glance

As the Inbound Order Quality Specialist (internally known as Keeper of the Stockpile) you will perform an essential function acting as a liaison between our Fulfillment Center Inbound teams Receiving, Putaway , Kitting, and Inventory. Our Inbound Quality Specialists are responsible for monitoring the Inbound WIP, resolving inventory discrepancies on receipts, including missing parts, incorrect quantities, and mixed orders. In our Fulfillment c enter, Inbound Quality Specialists also play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of Parts Town’s Purchase orders receipts.

A Typical Day

• You will work closely with internal teams to resolve inventory related receipt discrepancies and deliver a positive customer experience
• Demonstrate discretion in managing time to locate parts missing from purchase order receipts and log quality issues and communicate trends to leadership teams
• Resolve aged receipts in process and expediting purchase order processing
• Monitoring, research, and resolve Inbound WIP for discrepancies and trouble shoot deliveries to find PO, Pack slip, Part ID, etc …
• Check and scan pack list to ensure proper procedures are being follow
• Work closely with Inventory and OSD teams to research and resolve receipts impacting inventory accuracy
• Update receipt notes, set appropriate flags (Kit, Hazard, etc..) to drive correct routing for future receipts

• You’re looking to work Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, and are flexible to work late hours and overtime as needed
• You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of High Jump, Syspro, and Exacta
• You possess abilities to be able to move around for long periods of time, and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
