• Experience in transportation, cross docking, or shipping/receiving environments (LTL preferred).
• Familiar with customs and cross-border transportation and DOT/OSHA safety standards.
• Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations at a 50-door freight facility for your section of dock.
• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to meet production schedules.
• Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring cube and trailer weight.
• Provide leadership and accountability to drivers, dock workers, and dock hands.
• Monitor dock production and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
