Responsibilities

• Lead the inbound logistics team and day-to-day operations to meet manufacturing timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks in supply chain planning and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure Transportation Management System is utilized effectively and KPIs are met.
• Maintain team KPIs and implement process improvements as needed.
• Lead carrier performance management and external supplier relationships.
• Drive cost efficiency in freight and optimize transportation lanes.
