ClearSale is a locally owned real estate investment company that for 24 years hasspecialized in buying, fixing up, selling, and wholesaling over 2,500 houses across the Front Range. We help people get where they need to go by buying houses from sellers who cannot or do not want to sell on the MLS.

You will work in a results-driven environment where marketing and sales directly impact company performance. We are in a period of optimization and refinement, actively implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to bring structure and efficiency to our operations.
Position Summary
ClearSale is looking for an Inbound Lead Manager who is friendly, responsive and professional in their ability to connect with people over the phone. You’ll be the first voice many of our sellers hear—fielding inbound calls and leads from homeowners who need to sell their house but can’t or don’t want to list with an agent. They need a direct house buyer like ClearSale to provide clear options.
Our sellers come from all walks of life—owners facing costly repairs, people relocating out of state, families managing inherited properties, landlords offloading rentals, or individuals dealing with financial or life challenges. Your job is to build quick rapport, understand their needs, and qualify them so our Account Executive team can take the next step.
You set the tone for the first human interaction a seller has with ClearSale. This role isn’t just about qualifying leads—it’s about creating the beginning of the experience for every seller we serve. That first impression matters, and your ability to listen, empathize, and guide sets the stage for everything that follows.
This is a remote, work-from-home role—but you must be based in Colorado (Denver Metro preferred).
Why? Because all of our business is local. We work exclusively with Colorado homeowners, and having a real understanding of the Front Range market helps you build trust and credibility on every call.
You’ll handle warm, inbound leads generated through our marketing and referral network. Success in this role comes from being highly responsive, organized, and confident on the phone. You must be process-driven, accountable, and able to guide sellers through their first step with ClearSale.
