Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role involves soliciting new business, expanding relationships, and maintaining accurate records.

Training and licensing are provided, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and career growth. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and a competitive pay range of $12–$18 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits and a robust rewards program.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs in the agency system.
• Connects quickly and educates customers on products that fit their needs.
