Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency with computer-based tools for account management.
• Willingness to complete Series 65 license within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and review client goals to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Provide consultative mentorship to help clients take action toward financial goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Edelman Financial Engines’ planning philosophy, products, and services.
• Engage with clients over the phone and conduct goal-based conversations to resolve issues.
• Manage time, client inflows, and processes within the engagement center.
