Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Finance or related field and be willing to obtain the Series 65/66 license within three months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, or related field.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to help clients articulate financial goals.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls, review financial goals, and uncover needs.
• Provide consultative mentorship to empower action toward goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Edelman Financial Engines' planning philosophy, products, and services.
• Engage with clients over the phone and conduct goal-based conversations.
• Manage time and client inflows within a defined schedule.
