Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license through our training.
• Previous insurance or mortgage experience is a plus.
• Motivated candidates new to the industry are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workflow.
• Comfortable working with CRM and agency management systems.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified inbound customers who have already initiated insurance quotes.
• Review customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines insurance solutions.
• Identify and present cross-sell opportunities, including bundling policies to maximize customer value.
• Process a high volume of insurance policies efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and service.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency systems.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall agency growth.
