Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our Greencastle, PA team.

You will safely load and unload freight, verify documentation, and help ensure accurate trailer handling using forklift equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use the document management system to track freight Shipment locations.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
