As an Inbound Dock Supervisor, you will oversee dock operations, supervise and coordinate activities of dock associates, and manage shipment routing and freight loading/unloading.

Responsibilities include establishing controls to ensure timely Pickup & Delivery (P&D) unit closures, managing inbound close-out, and overseeing P&D loading to meet error-free work standards. You will practice effective loss prevention, maintain load integrity, and plan warehouse layouts considering item characteristics. Additionally, you will assign duties, examine work for quality, and implement risk controls.

Requirements for this role include a High School Diploma or GED, along with at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern’s Management Training Program.
