Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls, resolving booking-related issues and addressing banking-specific questions and quotes.
  • Make outbound calls to internal support departments and customers for status updates and clarification.
  • Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or account representatives as needed.
  • Stay updated on client sales, promotions, and products to provide informed support.
  • Employ expert sales techniques to maintain top sales performance and overcome objections.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Reliable computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection.
