Job summary

Ace Hardware is hiring an Inbound Coordinator in Princeton, IL. Workweek is Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2pm, with a focus on receiving and paperwork processing.

Responsibilities include preparing receiving paperwork, completing purchase orders, coordinating carrier drop-offs, and general office tasks. We offer weekly pay, competitive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a national hardware retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements and rules.
• Experience working in an office environment.
• Computer-based experience using internet applications and Microsoft Office.

• Complete POs that have been received.
• Coordinate appointments and drop carriers to the proper door.
• Other general office responsibilities as assigned.

$18.50- $22.20 per hour
