This position is for candidates without a Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer’s License. Study time and exam support are provided during training. If you already possess this license, please apply for our licensed opportunity.
The Hartford, founded in 1810, is a reputable insurance provider and has been the exclusive Home and Auto Insurance provider for AARP members since 1984.
As a Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agent, your responsibilities will include:

This role offers a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates near our office locations (Hartford, CT | San Antonio, TX) are expected to work in-office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). Remote candidates should anticipate occasional in-office visits as needed.
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time
Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri 10:30 AM - 7 PM local time, with every other Saturday 9:30 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time. Thursdays off for weeks working Saturday.
The hourly rate is $23. Our metric-driven, pay-for-performance organization offers potential earnings of $500+ monthly, with top performers exceeding $2000. Additional incentives include up to a 5% shift differential post-training and bilingual bonuses for Spanish-English speakers.
The annual base pay range is $42,800 - $64,200, reflecting market analysis and individual performance. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and recognition awards.
