Grand Canyon University seeks a dynamic Christian leader to become the inaugural Dean of the Grand Canyon University College of Construction & Industrial Technologies (CCIT). The Dean will provide vision, strategic direction, and operational excellence across all aspects of the college, including accreditation, planning, faculty recruitment, and program review, with national industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• Significant experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
• Experience in industry/government/military leadership roles.
• Ability to lead at operational and strategic levels.
• Passion to integrate Christian faith in leadership and education.
• Must pass pre-employment background investigations.
• Support the University’s Doctrinal Statement and Mission.

Responsabilités

• Foster accreditation processes and academic planning.
• Recruit and develop faculty; oversee curriculum design and assessment.
