Regeneron Pharmaceuticals’ Regeneron Cell Medicine (RCM) seeks a highly motivated Technical Associate with hands-on in vivo experience to join the In Vivo Sciences team in Cambridge, MA. You will perform in vivo studies, assist with animal care, and help generate data essential to advance cell therapy programs.

This role offers on-site laboratory work, training to deepen expertise, and a collaborative, inclusive culture with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing technical in vivo tasks including animal handling and sample collection
• AALAS certification preferred
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
• Team player with excellent oral and written communication
• Independent, detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Execute in vivo studies independently or as part of a team.
• Provide study support (ear tagging, randomizing, coordination with Study Lead).
• Support refinement of in vivo processes with constructive feedback.
• Monitor animal health and assist with treatments.
• Assist with animal husbandry, stocking and health checks (weekends/holidays).
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with changing day-to-day schedules.
