Job summary

Sterling Forever is seeking a talented Commercial Photographer/Videographer to join our Boca Raton studio full-time. This on-site role focuses on high-quality jewelry imagery and video for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and retail partners.

The ideal candidate has strong jewelry photography skills, studio lighting expertise, and proficiency in Photoshop & Lightroom, with a track record in fashion/e-commerce imagery. On-site schedule Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Strong product and commercial photography skills, including experience shooting small, detailed items such as jewelry.
• Proficiency in studio lighting techniques and equipment to achieve consistent, high-quality images and video.
• Advanced image editing and photo retouching skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience with video capture and basic editing for short-form commercial or social media content.
• Ability to follow and contribute to brand visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all assets.
• Excellent attention to detail, color accuracy, and composition, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Boca Raton, FL and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Relevant experience in ecommerce, fashion, or jewelry photography; formal training or a degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shoot styled jewelry flat lays, creative product compositions, and campaign imagery.
• Shoot jewelry on models, including hands, ears, necklines, wrists, and full lifestyle/model imagery.
• Shoot short-form video for social media, and website PDPs.
• Capture high-quality product photography for e-commerce, social media, digital advertising, email, campaigns, and retail partners.
• Set up and manage studio lighting, backdrops, cameras, and other production equipment.
• Work closely with the creative and social media marketing teams to develop assets needed for their channels.
• Direct models during shoots to achieve natural, elevated imagery that showcases the jewelry effectively.
• Help maintain visual consistency across product, lifestyle, campaign, and social content.
• Organize photography and video assets and maintain an efficient studio workflow.
• Help maintain an organized, shoot-ready studio environment.
• Manage model communication, budgeting, and scheduling.

Sterling Forever is looking for a talented Commercial Photographer/Videographer to join our creative team full-time, in person at our Boca Raton, FL studio.

This is an on-site position and is not remote or hybrid. Candidates must be able to work from our Boca Raton studio full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

We’re looking for a highly visual, hands-on creative with a strong background in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or e-commerce photography. A major focus of this role is creating compelling jewelry imagery and video; from styled flat lays and creative product compositions to on-model photography, video, & lifestyle content. The ideal candidate must be proficient in styled flat lay & model photography.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating styled flat lay and on-model photography. Must be proficient in both styled flat lay and model imagery. Please make sure both are in your portfolio.
• Professional experience in commercial, fashion, beauty, jewelry, or e-commerce photography.
• Strong understanding of photographing small, highly detailed products such as jewelry.
• Excellent eye for styling, composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling.
• Experience directing and photographing models in a studio environment.
• Strong studio lighting knowledge with the ability to create both clean commercial imagery and more editorial, campaign-driven content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or comparable professional editing software.
• Strong retouching skills, particularly for jewelry, products, and skin.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots, projects, and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to take creative direction while also bringing new ideas to the table.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend photoshoots based on model availability or project timelines. Weekend shoots are not a regular requirement and are rare - when needed they typically expected only 2-3 times per calendar year.

Location Requirement

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Sterling Forever's studio in Boca Raton, Florida. This role requires regular hands-on studio work, product styling, model shoots, and collaboration with our creative team and therefore cannot be performed remotely.

Candidates must be local to the Boca Raton/South Florida area or willing to relocate. Commuting from long distances may become a pain point of this job. Please consider this before applying.
