Job summary

2020 Companies, a Verizon Wireless program partner, seeks motivated sales pros to work inside major retail stores in the United States. You will engage customers, promote Verizon phones/plans, and activate new accounts in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers paid training, uncapped commission, daily pay options, benefits and advancement opportunities, with 30–40 hours weekly and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background is a plus.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and activations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
