Job summary

Verizon Value Field Sales Representative needed to act as in-store brand ambassador across assigned retail locations in the U.S. You will promote wireless devices, plans, and promotions, educate customers, and convert conversations into sales through consultative service.

This role suits candidates with field or retail sales experience and strong communication skills. ASAP–Dec 31, 2026, Thursday–Monday schedule, $25/hour with bonus incentives and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs, identify purchasing intent, and create sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions.
• Explain pricing, features, and value propositions to support informed customer purchase decisions.
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process with a consultative, service-oriented approach.
• Build strong relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success.
• Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecom products.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation in assigned locations.
• Track performance, customer interactions, and KPIs using required reporting tools and systems.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform program performance and field strategy.
