In Portales, NM, Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a part-time Value Field Sales Representative to act as the in-store brand ambassador for a major national carrier. You will engage customers, demonstrate wireless devices and plans, and convert conversations into sales with a consultative approach.

You will collaborate with store teams to execute promotions, track KPI data, and share market feedback to shape field strategy.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

• Build strong working relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success
• Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecommunication products
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation in assigned locations
• Track performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators using required reporting tools and systems
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity to help inform program performance and field strategy
