What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
  • Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  • Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidance.
  • Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
  • Adhering to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
  • Promoting an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and values diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environment.

Pay Range: $17.77 to $25.31 per hour
