What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at receipt.
  2. Moving products to their final selling locations (storage or sales floor).
  3. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidance.
  4. Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
  5. Adhering to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory taking.
  6. Contributing to a culture that embraces diversity and reflects the IKEA values.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment or in receiving/replenishment roles.

The hourly pay range is $17.77 - $25.31.
