What you'll be doing day to day
  1. Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
  2. Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
  3. Move products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  4. Perform sales space replenishment, following visual merchandising guidance and demonstrating flexibility.
  5. Select goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
  6. Adhere to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory taking procedures.
  7. Contribute to a culture that embraces diversity and reflects the IKEA values among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environment.
