What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  2. Moving products to their final locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  3. Replenishing sales spaces with flexibility and according to visual guidelines.
  4. Picking goods for customers within specified timeframes, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
  5. Following store inventory procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
  6. Promoting a culture that embraces diversity and reflects the IKEA values.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.
