What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process. Securing product availability with the highest quality at the lowest cost, with a safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment in mind.
• Managing inbound and outbound volume, considering space, equipment, and staffing to maximize retail logistics efficiency.
• Overseeing daily flow operations, including product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
• Ensuring your team has the knowledge and empowerment to secure goods availability and facilitate customer order fulfillment.
• Contributing to and following up on the retail store logistics action plan.
• Supporting long-term profitability goals sustainably and environmentally friendly.
• Promoting health and safety in goods handling.
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in a retail warehouse environment.
• Experience managing budgets and achieving goals.
