What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process. Securing product availability with the highest quality at the lowest cost, while maintaining a safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment. Managing the balance of inbound and outbound volume considering space, equipment, and personnel to optimize retail store logistics. Overseeing daily flow operations, ensuring product quality, accurate merchandising, and stock integrity. Empowering your team of goods flow co-workers with the knowledge to secure goods availability and facilitate customer order fulfillment. Participating in the retail store logistics action plan and supporting long-term profitability with sustainable practices. Promoting health and safety in goods handling activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience leading a team, preferably in a retail warehouse setting. Proven experience managing budgets and achieving goals.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time. Benefits eligible. Hours: Hourly role, open availability Monday through Sunday. Pay range: $23.61 to $33.67.
