What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to a seamless customer experience by maintaining a safe and efficient in-store logistics process. Ensure product availability with high quality at the lowest cost, prioritizing safety, sustainability, and health. Manage inbound and outbound volumes by considering space, equipment, and staffing to optimize store logistics. Oversee daily flow operations, including product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy. Empower your team to secure goods availability and support the customer order fulfillment process. Follow and contribute to the retail store logistics action plan. Support long-term profitability goals sustainably and environmentally responsibly. Promote health and safety in goods handling.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in a retail warehouse environment. Experience managing budgets and achieving goals.

Benefits: Eligible
Shifts: Fully open schedule including evenings and weekends (published one month in advance)
Pay Range: $26.97 - $38.50
