Job summary

ThirdChannel supports Converse with in-store visual merchandising by ensuring brand standards are executed and marketing materials are visible in each store. You will merchandise displays, maintain presentation quality, and engage store teams to reinforce the Converse brand.

Ideal candidates bring retail or visual merchandising experience, a passion for Converse footwear and lifestyle fashion, and the ability to work independently on-site.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Passion for the Converse brand and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ / Android 13.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards for premium in-store experience.
• Educate store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via ThirdChannel app.
