Macy's is hiring a Merchandising Colleague to help deliver a seamless in-store experience. You will support merchandise movement, maintain displays, ensure accurate pricing, and greet customers with genuine hospitality on the sales floor.

As a Front of House Colleague, you will collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet sales goals and create a welcoming environment that encourages loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to learn product details and provide expert guidance when assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help create a welcoming shopping experience while meeting daily sales goals.
• Support visual merchandising through updating displays and ensuring pricing and signage are accurate.
• Assist with merchandise movement, restocking, and floor replenishment to keep the space inviting and organized.
