Job summary

Responsibilities include modeling best practices, assisting new hires, handling daily store operations, and ensuring accurate paperwork, inventory control, and punctual training completion. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer interactions.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales benchmarks and KPIs.
• Comfort with handling cash and paperwork procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories as guided by management.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers to maximize sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure accurate time/attendance records.
