Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products to engage customers, assess needs and provide expert recommendations. You will apply knowledge from trainings and certifications to create memorable solutions that excite customers and boost confidence.

You will help customers, complete transactions, and stay current on promotions while supporting merchandising and team goals in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
