Job summary

Best Buy Austin seeks a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products to help customers find the right solutions and complete transactions with confidence. You’ll stay current on offerings through trainings and certifications and deliver memorable, helpful service.

You’ll engage customers, work with the team to meet sales goals, maintain department organization, and participate in ongoing learning to grow your product expertise and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences
