Job summary

Best Buy in East Hanover, NJ, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the welcoming face for customers in-store and to confidently recommend tech products and services that meet each person’s needs.

You’ll perform product demos, handle cashier duties, assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and help keep the sales floor stocked while staying knowledgeable through ongoing training. Flexible hours are available and benefits support work-life needs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
