Hawaiian Telcom is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our retail stores in Hawaii. You will greet customers, explain products, demonstrate features, and tailor recommendations to meet needs while aiming to exceed sales targets.

In this quota-driven role, you will develop relationships with existing customers, process transactions at the POS, and help with merchandising and inventory tasks to maintain a welcoming, high-performing store.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in retail or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.

Responsabilidades
