You’ll represent the brand across the sales floor, engage with guests, and contribute to an energized, inclusive store environment. You will collaborate with team members, participate in daily meetings, uphold visual standards, support shipments, and help ensure inventory accuracy while delivering on brand priorities in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting URBN values on the sales floor with an energetic pace.

• Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center of the experience.
• Support the shipment process and stay informed about what's new and what’s restocked to aid inventory awareness.
