Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 1442-The Village @ Sandhill in Columbia, SC. You will be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

Responsibilities include keeping the sales floor organized, collaborating with the team, and using available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.
• Keep the store well-organized and visually appealing on the sales floor.
