Mondelēz International seeks a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock, display, and promote our brands on store shelves. You will visit multiple locations, place orders via iPad, and ensure in-stock conditions while following company guidelines.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude. Roles involve early start times and regional travel within Iowa.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage to stores.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and work with sales reps to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD Merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Place orders via iPad to ensure shelf stock and in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated store plans and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the merchandising schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat Mondelēz presence in stores.
