Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders, and ensure products are available where customers expect to find them.

You’ll represent a portfolio including Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, belVita, and Triscuit while coordinating with store teams, managing displays, and implementing RTM plans. A strong emphasis on customer service and physical effort is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license (state issued).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Madison, MS (Madison primary; Jackson, MS secondary).
• Schedule availability: Sunday - Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform required physical activities as needed.
