Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores across the Topeka and Holton areas.

You will stock shelves, build displays, and place orders to ensure full in-store availability. You will represent the company, service store teams and shoppers, and work under the guidance of an RTM.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license in your state.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Must be able to perform hard work in fast pace; lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; physically moving products and performing duties as required.
