Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to service stores, stock shelves, and build displays. You’ll work with sales teams to implement plans and optimize visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and others. The role requires driving locally and lifting merchandise as needed.

This position emphasizes independence, reliability, and a proactive approach to stocking and merchandising, with a focus on accurate order placement and in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and moving products up to 25 lbs, occasionally more than 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Randallstown, MD (Randallstown primary).
• Availability: four days a week + one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store staff and optimize product visibility.
• Visit stores per DSD Merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Place orders via iPad to ensure shelves are stocked.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displayed per guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Reps to follow negotiated plans and report issues.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficiency.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in-store.
