Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Williston, ND area. You will represent iconic brands in stores, stock shelves, set up displays, and place orders using Salesforce and an iPad.

This role requires travel to multiple locations and a 6:00–7:00am start, 20 hours per week, with compensation of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. You’ll work closely with store personnel, maintain in-stock conditions, and support seasonal launches while keeping safety in mind and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via iPad and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
