Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a part-time In-Store Shopper to prepare and fulfill customer orders for delivery or pickup.

You will work on the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams, handling produce, meats, dairy, and more, with emphasis on accuracy and speed. Flexible weekends and holidays are required. The role emphasizes learning product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a clean staging area and adhering to safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
